VIP membership (€7.99/month or €69.99/year) gives your profile priority placement — always shown first in search results above free members — plus a gold VIP badge, verified checkmark, video profile upload, advanced filter visibility, 30-day view statistics, a weekly 24-hour boost, and exact 'last online' time display.

Once per week, you can activate your Boost from the dashboard. For 24 hours, your profile appears above all other profiles — even other VIP members. Activate it on a Friday or Saturday evening for maximum visibility.

Your phone number is hidden by default — visitors must click 'Reveal number' to see it. If you've enabled WhatsApp, a direct WhatsApp button also appears. You choose who can contact you and via which method.

Go to Dashboard → VIP & Billing → Cancel subscription. Your VIP access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for. No charges are made after cancellation.

Go to Dashboard → Security → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your profile, all photos, videos, and personal data within 30 days.

Go to the sign in page and click 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Check that your profile visibility is set to 'Visible' in your dashboard (the toggle at the top). Also check that your availability schedule includes the current date and city. If the issue persists, contact support.

Payment confirmation can take up to a few minutes. If your VIP status hasn't updated after 15 minutes, please contact support with your payment reference number (starts with SGP- for card payments).
